STEP 1 ) TAKE A PICTURE
Once you have collected 120 stickers, affix them all to your rewards sheet. (You can print it here.) Take a picture of the entire sheet with your phone or digital camera and attach the picture to an email, with the subject line: "CLAIMING REWARDS POINTS". Write a short message that you will be mailing your rewards sheet to us within the next few days. Include your name, address, and email address that you used for your subscription account. Please send this email to rewards@mangaspicecafe.com.TIPS Make sure that you capture only your rewards sheet in the image. Including anything else might disqualify your claim. Be sure that your image is clear and readable.
STEP 2 ) MAIL REWARDS SHEET
Trim your rewards sheet and fold it twice, along the dotted lines so that the sheet fits in the envelope. Seal and place a stamp on envelope.Mail to:

TIPS Please use a long envelope. The best one to use is a #10 envelope which measures 4 1/8" by 9 1/2".
STEP 3 ) CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Once we receive your rewards sheet, our team will compare it to the picture you emailed us and confirm in a reply email that we have received it. This process from mailing to confirmation may take up to 2 weeks.STEP 4 ) CLAIM YOUR FREE MONTH
Once we send you a reply confirmation email, you have up to 3 months to claim your free month of Manga Spice Cafe.To CLAIM your free month:
Reply to our confirmation email with the word "CLAIM" in uppercase letters. We will suspend (pause) your subscription before you are charged. Your subscription will resume on its normal renewal date next month.
TIPS Because the claims process might take 2 weeks, please plan ahead. Only email us before your subscription renews. Otherwise, your claim will apply to next month.
