What is Manga Spice Cafe?
We are a leading manga subscription box service offering you a range of different genres of the latest manga, from Japan. Genres include, romance, comedy, fighting and action, adventure and fantasy, horror, mystery, mecha, and sci-fi. Ready for the next season of anime? We'll introduce you to the manga that inspired them!
Our box is inspired by manga cafes and maid cafes in Japan. We combined the two in this box, so not only can you discover manga, you'll also be able to enjoy them with yummy Asian snacks and drinks.

What is included in the box?
3 brand new manga (1 volumes only), a mix of 5 - 6 sweet and savory Asian snacks, from classic Pocky, to Korean bbq chips and assorted mochi cakes, and a special cafe drink, such as light and fizzy Ramune sodas, Sangria juices, and herbal dessert teas. Each box also comes with an info sheet to learn all about the cafe items, the manga and the anime they inspired, and the manga artists who worked on your books. Every box has a unique anime maid mascot who greets you and follows the theme of the items in the box.

*For the rest of the world, you will receive the same liquid drinks each month as the U.S. box.(The manga are English-language only!)

When and how do I subscribe?
Subscriptions will be open between the 1st and the 14th of each month. During this time, you can click any link on our site that says SUBSCRIBE, select your location and then the Month to Month plan and enter your info. You can use a credit card or PayPal at checkout.

When will I receive my box?
Boxes ship during the last week of each month, and should arrive at your door before the 1st. For example, March 2021, boxes could arrive anytime between the 27th and the 31st. Covid-19 can cause delays with shipping. Please keep an eye on your tracking.
If you haven't received your box by the last day of the month, please send us an email at support@mangaspicecafe.com and we'll track it down for you.

*For international customers, please allow 7 to 21 days for your box to arrive! It all depends on the speed of your country's postal service and customs clearance. This means that your subscription might renew before you get your box. If you have not received your box yet and do not want to be charged again before you receive your box, please cancel before your renewal date!

Who is this box for? What's the age range?
This box is for everyone, both male and female, as we will have a mixture of different genres. We'll also have Shounen (or young boys) manga and Shoujo (or young girls) manga, but due to the possibility of violent and suggestive themes, we recommend this box for 15+.
Also, if you're interested in being exposed to new and diverse manga, this is definitely the box for you!

Do you accept returns or give refunds?
Once an order has processed, we can not refund it or accept returns. Keep in mind your renewal date and be sure to cancel before your subscription renews. Please email us at support@mangaspicecafe.com if you have any concerns about your order.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes at any time! Just click the LOG IN link at the top of this page and you can skip a month, change your address and information, or cancel your subscription from there.

Do you sell past boxes?
We do here, but only if quantities are still available! If you want to be absolutely sure you are getting a box that month, we recommend subscribing instead. We can not guarantee that past boxes will be available after their subscription month.
